I created these illustration when I was living in Oakland and taking many long walks. There are beautiful gardens around the Temescal and Rockridge neighborhoods, each unique and full of flowers and trees. In these illustrations, I wanted to capture the joyful feeling of new blooms and life during Spring and Summer.
